Arrival by plane
For arrival by plane, we recommend the two nearest airports: Innsbruck (INN) in Austria and Friedrichshafen (FDH) in Germany.
From Innsbruck Airport, you can travel to Lech or Zürs either by car or public transport. For the car route, please click on "Route planning" below. For arrival by public transport, take the train to "Langen am Arlberg" and change there to bus line 91 or 92, which will take you to Lech or Zürs in approximately 25 minutes.
From Friedrichshafen Airport, you can travel to Lech or Zürs either by car or public transport. For the car route, please click on "Route planning" below. For arrival by public transport, take the train to "Bludenz" and change there to bus line 91 or 92, which will take you to Lech or Zürs in approximately 60 minutes.

To make your stay in Lech as pleasant as possible, we've summarized some key organizational points for you here. Of course, our contact persons are also happy to answer any questions you may have individually.
You are responsible for your own travel and hotel costs. Therefore, you are responsible for settling your hotel bill upon departure. However, we are happy to summarize their cancellation policies here.
- Free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival will be charged at 40% of the package price
- Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged at 70% of the package price
- Cancellations between 6 and 6 days prior to arrival will be charged at 90% of the package price
- In the event of last-minute cancellations, early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged unless the rooms can be rebooked.

- Cancellation fees apply from the day of booking. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, provided we can re-let the room. We are committed to avoiding cancellation fees whenever possible and will endeavor to re-let the room in the event of a cancellation.
- Cancellations made 29 days before arrival will incur a fee of 30% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 10 days before arrival will be charged at 60% of the total amount.
- For cancellations made 5 days before arrival, as well as in the case of early departure, the full booking amount is due.
- Please note that unused services cannot be deducted. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged.
